Opening Hours & Public Tours  

Our opening hours are dependent on seasonality. We have a set number of tours each day and depending on which you would like to book, you can see the available time slots and book them here. Please note that tour numbers are limited, so we do suggest booking online in advance.  

You can book on to our Classic Guided Tour at the visitor centre. They run every 30 minutes.  

 Peak Season (April, May, June, July, August, September) 

 Monday – Friday 9am to 4pm  

 Saturdays 10am to 4pm 

 Sundays 1pm to 4pm 

Please note – tours are not available at weekends during peak season.

Non-Peak Season (November & December) 

 Monday – Friday 10am to 3pm 

 Saturdays 10am to 3pm

 Sundays Closed  

 Winter Season (January, February, March)  

 Monday – Friday 10am to 3pm  

 Saturdays Closed  

 Sundays Closed  

 Guided Pottery Tours

Dec 2025 and Jan 2026

 Mon – Fri 10.30am to 2.30pm

 Sat & Sun: No Tours

 Our visitor Centre is open on Bank Holidays (exclusions apply). Our visitor Centre hours are subject to management’s discretion. You are always welcome to call us if you are unsure whether we are open.
